Vendor Benefits

As a vendor who has been awarded a Cooperative Bid with The New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance, you have an opportunity to increase your sales volume by soliciting business from Cooperative members for the products/services included in the bid that you are awarded.

As an awarded vendor, you would be provided with:

  • A list of Co-Op members. You may reach out to the members to advise them that you have been awarded this bid and that they are eligible to utilize the pricing. 
  • An information sheet for you to share with agencies that are not current members of the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance so they can benefit from member pricing of your product/service.
  • A packet of Co-Op application documents that you may distribute to prospective members.
  • A high resolution image of the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance logo for use in marketing.

Please note that the bid number and resolution number must be on all quotes presented to New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance members.
